🤠 ABOUT HELL’S HALF ACRE
Hell’s Half Acre was one of the most legendary districts of the Old West. During the late 1800s, Fort Worth became a booming stop along the Chisholm Trail, and the Acre quickly earned a reputation for saloons, gambling halls, outlaws, and Wild West history. Famous names like Doc Holliday, Wyatt Earp, Butch Cassidy, and Bat Masterson all passed through the area.
Today, we celebrate that historic Fort Worth spirit with a race that brings together runners, walkers, families, and the community for an unforgettable summer night.
