About this Event
Double Up & Access More! ACTION SPEAKS is the annual event where Entrepreneurs, SMEs, Trusts, Foundations, and Large Organisations come together to build powerful pipelines for opportunity, growth, change, and have fun of course!
Why It Matters?
- Only 0.02% of venture capital reaches Black women, but Global Majority businesses are most innovative.
- Black and Global Majority Businesses underprice themselves because they think they don’t add enough value.
- We aren’t getting access to same level of resources, skills, and networks are our counterparts.
This event exists to help level the playing field!
Our Focus: Access in Action
We’re creating pathways that double both opportunity and impact through:
- Advancing skills for long-term business growth
- Increasing supplier diversity and building inclusive supply chains
- Expanding investment and funding access
- Growing networks and social capital that open real doors
Who Is It For?
- Global Majority Entrepreneurs & Diverse SMEs: Scale your business, sharpen your leadership, and unlock real opportunities waiting for you.
- Trusts & Foundations: Invest in innovation and inclusion through authentic, evidence-based collaboration.
- Large Organisations: Diversify your supplier base and build equitable partnerships that drive measurable social impact.
- Allies & Supporters: Show up, speak out, and stand beside us. Be the advocate who helps turn access into action and inclusion into impact.
Past events have brought together over 150 leaders from organisations such as WSP, CBRE, META, Pathway Fund, Amazon, IoUH, Lloyds Bank and UBELE.
In 2027, we’ll welcome an even broader community of innovators and changemakers all ready to build a future where access is for everyone.
"This event was a platform for foreshadowing further success for the global majority enterprise by removing self-limiting beliefs and handing out proverbial rocket fuel" - Previous Attendee.
This is more than an event, it’s a movement. A turning point for equity and action.
