Join the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center for the 2026 Walk for Alzheimer’s in Provincetown!Registration begins at 11:00 AM, and the walk steps off at noon. Afterward, stay for free food, music and dancing.
This community event brings together people from across Cape Cod to raise funds for AFSC’s free services for families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related illnesses.
