Event Date: Saturday, 19 September
09:30 AM (Clock In): On-site check-in opens at Te Pūtake o Tawa Carpark.
10:30 AM (The Q3 Launch): Race starts from the Tawa Hub.
The Cost: $70 (Pricing frozen from last year to hedge against inflation). All riders MUST be RMTBC members! This will be checked!
The Cap: Strictly limited to the first 100 corporate entities via My Race Result.
Project Scope:
We are executing a hostile takeover across 3 grueling stages.
Stage 1 (Legacy Asset): Hot Cross Buns (Grade 4)—proudly run in special honor of local legend Paddy Avery on his absolute favorite track.
Stages 2 & 3: Classified to prevent corporate espionage. The full track map leaks to your inbox on Friday night.
Compliance & Dividends:
Union Rules: You must be a fully financial Rotorua Mountainbike Club member to enter.
Post-Race Compensation: All surviving employees will receive a mandatory dividend package at the finish line: Chip Butties. Attendance is non-negotiable.
