The Sydney Rare Book Fair returns to The Glasshouse at the State Library of New South Wales for three days in October 2026.
Hours
Thursday 22 October: 6pm – 9pm (opening night)
Friday 23 October: 10am – 5pm
Saturday 24 October: 10am – 4pm

Browse and buy rare books, maps, prints and ephemera from some of the leading antiquarian book and map dealers from Australia and around the world. From books published in the 1400s and first editions to rare maps, antique children's books, posters, antique art and extreme rarities — there is something for every collector and enthusiast.
All items on display are available to purchase.
Organised in partnership with ANZAAB (the Australian and New Zealand Association of Antiquarian Booksellers) and the State Library of NSW. All exhibitors are ANZAAB or ILAB members and observe strict codes of authenticity and ethics.
