About this Event
Join us on November 11 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Extension Office for the Sumter County 4-H Veterans Day Lunch and Story Share.
We invite 4-H volunteers, family members, and alumni who are veterans to join us. Each veteran will be paired with a 4-H youth for a conversation and shared learning experience. Veterans can share their journey and experiences, while youth listen, learn, and have an opportunity to express their thanks.
This hands-on gathering connects personal stories and history with civic engagement and intergenerational learning. Lunch will be provided by 4-H.
An RSVP is required by Nov 6th.
Contact your local 4-H agent to learn more or if you are interested in forming or joining a team.)
