About this Event

By popular demand and sold out sessions in 2024 and 2025, these sessions are back for 2026!

If you missed attending any of these sessions, here is your opportunity to experience them!

Imagine 60 minutes of feeling completely and utterly at peace as you are taken on a magical journey of sound bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more! Sit or lay back and allow the sounds to let you fall into a lower state of consciousness, naturally shifting your body into deep relaxation.

Breathe Stretch Float is home to SA’s first and only Himalayan Salt Cave and the ONLY space in the state where you can receive these two beautiful healing modalities together.

With sellout WellFest Adelaide 2023 sessions, winning an award in Adelaide Fringe 2024, soldout sessions in 2025 and 8 upcoming Adelaide Fringe 2026 events, being featured in the Advertiser, SA Life, Glam Adelaide and voted by Adelady as one of '15 SA Girlie Weekend Away Ideas', this beautiful salt cave is guaranteed relaxation as you sit back and breathe in the finely dispersed purest salt to receive the endless benefits to your respiratory system and skin.

Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. It has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain, and is beneficial for children suffering from anxiety as it helps to regulate their nervous system by bringing their body and mind into a deep state of relaxation where healing can take place. In addition to these benefits, you can all expect improved sleep and immune function.

Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a natural therapy that involves inhaling microscopic pharmaceutical-grade salt particles in the air. It is often used to treat respiratory conditions, including but not limited to, asthma, bronchitis, long-COVID effects, hayfever, sinus & ear infections, coughs, colds and more! The salt particles in the air helps to break up mucus in the lungs, making it easier to breathe.

A powerful tool to increase lung function and open up the airways, athletes, stage performers and singers utilise this salt cave as part of their training regime to improve their performance - with athletes recording their best and fastest times following their sessions!

Salt has natural anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce inflammation in the body, anti-bacterial properties that can help K*ll harmful bacteria in the body and promotes relaxation and reduce stress levels. Chronic stress has been linked to a weakened immune system, and by reducing stress levels, salt therapy may help support the immune system's ability to fight off infections and diseases. It is also helps improve skin conditions including psoriasis, dermatitis, acne and eczema - such a valuable tool in promoting you and your family's overall health and wellbeing, especially during winter and hayfever/allergy season!

The combination of these two beautiful healing modalities, will leave you all feeling truly calm, relaxed and peaceful.
