A limited number of travel scholarships are available for members who demonstrate financial need. To be considered, applicants must complete a brief scholarship application and sign a participation agreement outlining the terms of the award.

We firmly believe that education is one of the most powerful tools in managing a rare condition — and we are here to help make that possible.

We look forward to seeing you there!
