Join us Friday, December 4, at 6 PM in front of the Seneca County Justice Center in Downtown Tiffin for an evening of holiday music, hometown pride, and the lighting of our community holiday tree! The CommuniTree Project returns with handmade ornaments created by local fifth-grade students from across Seneca County. This year’s Americana theme celebrates America’s 250th anniversary, adding a special touch to a tradition that brings our students, families, and community together. Participating students and their families are invited to come see their ornaments on display!
We’ll also celebrate Tiffin’s recognition as one of Ohio Magazine’s Best Hometowns for 2026-2027 with a special presentation and magazine cover unveiling. It’s an opportunity to recognize the people, businesses, and organizations that make our community a wonderful place to live, work, and visit.
Join in the countdown as we light the tree, then watch fireworks brighten the downtown sky immediately afterward, sponsored by Tiffin Eagles #402!
The celebration helps kick off Simply Shop Local’s A Holiday to Remember in Downtown Tiffin, happening December 4 through 6. Enjoy visits with Santa, children’s activities, a holiday market, food trucks, shopping, dining, and more throughout the weekend. Come early and stay afterward to explore downtown and support our local businesses.
Bundle up, bring your family and friends, and help us celebrate the season together!
