The CPKC Holiday Train returns to St. Louis Park! Arrive on site ahead of the train to enjoy warm food and beverages available for purchase, listen to holiday music, drop off your food shelf donation, and grab a good spot.Attendees are invited to bring a financial donation or healthy food item for the St. Louis Park Emergency Program. The mission of the Holiday Train is to address food insecurity in the communities it stops.
People are welcome to start gathering about 4:30. There will be Family-friendly activities before the train’s arrival. The illuminated Holiday Train is expected to arrive at approximately 6:00pm, followed immediately by a live musical performance.
The concert, headed by Allen Stone, will stage from the train and be viewable only from the west side of the tracks. Once the train pulls in, it will not be possible to cross to the other side of the tracks. We recommend arriving at the event by 5:45pm to secure a good spot. It will be busy, so please give yourself plenty of time to park and walk to the event!
