CÈILIDH (KAY-LEE): A COMMUNITY GATHERINGMore music. More dancing. More time together.
Join the Tallahassee Highland Games community at Ology Northside on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 1–9 p.m. Gather with neighbors, friends, and new faces for eight hours of Celtic music, dancing, great drinks, and good company.
Never been to a cèilidh? Say it KAY-LEE. It’s a gathering where music brings people together and everyone is invited onto the dance floor. Come for an hour or stay for the day. Bring your family, bring your friends, and bring someone who has never danced a Scottish step in their life. Kilt not required. Just bring your spirit!
COME JOIN THE GATHERING
• Tallahassee Irish Step Dancers
• Scottish country dancing with Jubilee Dancing & Sycamore Assembly Dancers
• Music throughout the day
• Interactive dancing: get out there and take a spin with us!
• Great drinks; food vendor updates to come
• Men and ladies in kilts serving beer
• Shopping with The Luckenbooth Shop, featuring Scottish, Irish, Celtic, and European-inspired goods
A GOOD TIME FOR A GOOD CAUSE
While we gather, we’re also raising funds for Team Tallahassee, the nonprofit arm of the Tallahassee Highland Games, supporting Highland athletics and athletes.
Look for raffles and giveaways featuring Scottish and Celtic goods, plus dancing and music lessons. Join the fun and support Highland athletics while we gather.
FREE ADMISSION. ROOM TO GATHER.
There is no admission fee. Plenty of parking is available around Ology Northside, with part of the lot reserved for the event. We also have a large indoor gathering area available if inclement weather arrives. The larger Northside space gives our community room to grow.
Food vendor announcements are coming as bookings are confirmed.
There’s room in the circle for you. Slàinte!
