About this Event
Welcome to the 19th annual Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival, presented by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation.
Performers for this year's Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival include Grammy-nominated guitarist Samantha Fish, Blues legend Booker T. Jones, Blues Music Award winner Johnny Sansone, Delta blues guitar icon Little Freddie King, New Orleans-born singer-songwriter Mia Borders, and many more! Full artist lineup to be announced.
The festival begins on Friday, Oct. 9, and continues with two stages of live music, a wide array of delicious food, and an arts market featuring local artisans all day on Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11. It all takes place in New Orleans' beautiful Lafayette Square Park.
Admission to the general public is free, but a limited, exclusive opportunity to purchase access to our VIP guest area is available. The revenue from these ticket sales helps to offset the expense of putting on the festival. (We do not, however, generate a profit: The costs of staging the festival far exceed the revenue we earn from concessions, sponsorships, VIP Experience ticket sales, and donations.)
The price for the VIP Experience is $300 per ticket, plus processing fees of $15.99, for a total of $315.99 per person. The package includes:
- Access to the VIP viewing area at the St. Charles Avenue stage, with seating areas for stage viewing (approx. 30 seats) and side-of-stage viewing (approx. 50 seats). This area also includes a complimentary bar with beer, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks.
- Access to the VIP viewing and seating area directly in front of the Camp Street stage (approx. 50 seats).
- Access to the exclusive VIP hospitality lounge. The lounge is indoors, with bathrooms, comfortable seating, a complimentary bar and light snacks. Please note: The hospitality lounge will not be open on Friday, Oct. 10. It will be open from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11.
Policies:
VIP Experience credentials are valid for the entire duration of the festival. We do not sell single-day credentials.
VIP Experience credentials are non-transferable. They may not be taken from one person and given to another. Doing so will result in the credential being confiscated. All beverages and food in the VIP hospitality areas must be consumed in those areas.
Beverages and food from the VIP hospitality areas may not be brought to other parts of the festival grounds. Those with access to VIP hospitality areas may not give or pass beverages or food to those without VIP credentials. Violating this policy will cause the credential to be confiscated.
VIP Experience ticket purchasers may bring up to two children, each up to age 10. Children age 11 and older must have their own purchased credential.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason.
