Take your pre-work, lunchtime or after-work fitness routine to the beautiful River Torrens precinct! As the flagship location of Adelaide's iconic Corporate Cup, the CBD event features along the paths of Karrawirra Park. Spanning 14 weeks, this fortnightly series provides the ultimate mid-week benchmark for CBD office crews, local running clubs, and individual fitness enthusiasts alike. What sets the CBD track apart is its massive, flexible "turn up and run" time window spanning 12 full hours. Participants can step away from their desks, scan in using their official onsite timing cards, and complete their chosen distance exactly when it fits into their busy workday.
Format: 7 fortnightly rounds over 14 weeks (August – October)
Day & Time: Wednesdays; turn up and scan in anytime between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Distances: Mini (2.2km), Corporate (4.5km), and the CBD-exclusive Mega (7.2km).
Location: Start/Finish line at Karrawirra / Victoria Drive (right next to Lounders Boatshed Cafe).
Entry: Open to individuals or teams of up to 7 people.
