It’s show time for HR in St. Louis.Join us on Friday, October 9, 2026 for the 14th Annual SHRM of Greater St. Louis Leadership Conference at Ameristar Casino Resort Spa in St. Charles. This is one of the biggest days on our chapter calendar and one of the region’s strongest opportunities for HR professionals to step away from the daily rush, learn from respected voices, connect with peers, and come back with ideas they can actually use.
This year’s conference opens with Robert Glazer, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Acceleration Partners and Founder of Elevate Leadership. Robert is a serial entrepreneur, bestselling author, podcast host, and leadership voice whose work has reached organizations and readers around the world. Under his leadership, Acceleration Partners earned three consecutive Inc. 500 awards and more than 30 culture awards. He was also named to Glassdoor’s list of Top CEOs for Small and Medium Companies in the U.S., reaching the #2 spot. His weekly newsletter, Friday Forward, reaches more than 200,000 readers in over 100 countries.
Along with the opening keynote, attendees can choose from educational sessions across the topics HR professionals are dealing with right now, including ethics, leadership and strategy, talent and employee experience, total rewards and benefits, HR compliance and risk, future of work and technology, and professional and interpersonal skills.
Attendees may earn up to 5.25 SHRM and HRCI credit hours. Conference fees include materials, networking breakfast, lunch, and breaks. SHRM St. Louis Chapter Members are included in dues. Non-Chapter Members are $300.
