We're getting things ready for the 2026 AGM of The Friends of Cockington Country Park (FCCP) at Chelston Manor.EVERYONE is welcome to attend. Based on attendance at previous AGMs, we felt this venue would comfortably meet our needs.
If you’re able to, please support our hosts at the Chelston Manor by purchasing a drink before the meeting.
As well as electing the posts of Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Secretary and some minor changes to our Constitution there will be time for a regular meeting.
Also, if you have SOMETHING YOU WANT ON THE AGENDA* you are agreeing to attend the meeting (OR send someone in your place) to speak to the item you have placed on the agenda.
*The Secretary and the Chair reserve the right to have the final say on whether or not an item shall be allowed onto the agenda.
The Chair is obliged to think about time constraints; whether there is someone present to speak to the proposed agenda item and whether it is relevant to the business of the FCCP.
