🍂 Grounding Yoga, Meditation & Wildwood Spa 🍂As summer fades and autumn arrives, join me for a gentle day of slow yoga, grounding meditation, woodland magic and deep relaxation.
We’ll begin at Mawgan Porth Village Hall with a slow Hatha yoga flow and guided meditation, helping you soften, breathe and reconnect with yourself and the earth.
Afterwards, we’ll enjoy warming tea and homemade healthy cake before taking a short walk through the village to the enchanting Wildwood Woodland Spa.
Nestled amongst the trees, you’ll have an hour to unwind in the sauna, soak in the hot tubs and, if you’re feeling brave, experience the cold baths — all with beautiful countryside views.
This is a chance to slow down, reconnect with nature and embrace the gentle energy of autumn. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

1 hour 15 mins slow Hatha yoga & meditation
Tea & homemade healthy cake
5-minute walk to the woodland spa
1 hour at Wildwood Spa — sauna, 2 hot tubs & 2 cold baths
£37 + Eventbrite fee
Please book as soon as possible so I can reserve your spa space and prepare the catering.
🍁 Please bring
Yoga mat, cushion, blanket, water, comfortable warm yoga clothes, swimsuit, 2 towels and flip flops.
Please let me know about any dietary requirements, allergies, injuries or illnesses in advance.
We meet at Mawgan Porth Village Hall 10 minutes before the start. Please use the paid car parks at the Merrymoor pub or general Mawgan Porth car park.
