About this Event
Join us for an evening of dinner, entertainment, and conversation celebrating the growth of Muslim Media Hub and raising support for what comes next.
Muslim communities in Canada have built remarkable mosques, organizations, and community spaces. But how does that success translate into influence over how Muslims are seen, heard, and understood?
Drawing on lessons from building Seen TV and successes from Muslim Media Hub, our featured talk will explore why media and storytelling deserve the same investment and ambition we bring to building our institutions.
We’ll also screen the latest Muslim Media Hub productions, take you behind-the-scenes of how they were made, and share what’s ahead for MMH. Meet Dr. Safiyyah Ally and Dr. Shabir Ally, hear from the people building Muslim Media Hub and discover how your support can help more Muslim storytellers create compelling work, connect with wider audiences, and shape the stories that reach our screens.
Come celebrate what we’ve built together, and help us build what comes next!
Complimentary childcare and sign language interpretation provided.
