Ambition Code

DRAPED IN CONFIDENCE PRESENTS: Ambition Code

A Signature Experience for South Asian Women & Their Allies

Ambition Paradox Nobody Talks About

Taught To Want More But Not Too Much?

South Asian Women Are Ambitious

• We build careers.
• We start businesses.
• We lead teams.
• We create wealth
• We build communities

And yet, somewhere along the way, many of us learned to negotiate with our ambition.

• Don't be too loud.
• Don't ask for too much.
• Don't make success look like it's changed you

So what happens when your ambition grows beyond the boundaries you were taught to stay within?

You decode the beliefs, expectations, power dynamics, and invisible rules shaping what you believe is possible for you.

That is what Ambition Code is about.
