ABOUT THE FEATURED POET: Ujan
Ujan is a writer, photographer, artist, and aspiring filmmaker, inspired by life around him itself - the chaos and the silence alike. His work explores loneliness, memory, human connection, and the strange poetry hidden in everyday life.

ABOUT THE FEATURED POET: Robina
Robina’s journey spans more than three decades as a child educator, teacher trainer, and school principal. After teaching among the elite, she chose a more meaningful path by dedicating herself to children in need of care and protection.
Working closely with street children struggling with substance addiction profoundly shaped her understanding of humanity, resilience, and life itself.
An artist at heart, Robina finds joy in transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary through painted pots and expressive artwork. Yet, it is poetry that has become her most authentic medium of reflection. Her verses are abstract, contemplative, and deeply observant, awakening dormant emotions while drawing readers into worlds of introspection and speculation.
A private and unassuming individual, Robina remains a keen observer of people and society. An ardent admirer of crime thrillers, she lives by Pluto’s enduring philosophy: “Be truthful although truth is damaging.”
Her literary voice has earned recognition across India, including securing fourth place at the S7 All India Poetry Competition. Her work has also appeared in more than thirty anthologies published by various literary platforms and publications.
One of her striking poems, Politics of Feelings, reflects her fearless exploration of ethics, greed, power, and truth. Through vivid imagery and layered metaphors, the poem examines how manipulation and dishonesty may appear triumphant for a time, yet ultimately collapse before justice and integrity. The recurring image of the “park bench” evolves from a symbol of ridicule into one of victory, reminding readers that honest perseverance outlasts hollow conquest.
Rooted in observation, honesty, and the courage to confront uncomfortable truths, Robina’s writing mirrors the essence of her life itself.

ABOUT THE FEATURED POET: Adithya
Adithya is a marketing manager by profession and if he is not working in his day job, he would usually be found daydreaming cross-legged about the next poem to write, the next book to read, or the next movie to watch. When you ask Adithya to describe himself, he would usually turn to the word ‘weird’. If you ask his friends to describe him, they would either use the word ‘deep’ or talk about his goofy & idiotic sense of humour.
Adithya’s poems reflect his child-like wonder and love for storytelling, his penchant for finding magic in the little things life has to offer and his firm belief that ‘adulting’ is a distractingly dull business.

ABOUT THE FEATURED POET: Eva Garg
Eva Garg is a poet and artist whose work draws inspiration from rap music, films, emotionally intimate storytelling, and everyday life. Influenced by artists and writers like Agust D, RM, NF, Ocean Vuong, and Asako Yuzuki, alongside works like Chungking Express, her writing explores love, grief, longing, ambition, loneliness, and what it means to survive yourself.
Her poetry is rooted in observation: of people, of the self, and of the quiet wounds we carry beneath ordinary life. She writes from the belief that every life holds a truth worth looking at closely, even in its messiest and most vulnerable moments. What emerges from those spaces are poems about loneliness, memory, hope, heartbreak, softness, and the versions of ourselves we are still becoming.
Drawn to art across cultures, Eva has also spent time learning Korean and French out of a desire to experience music, writing, and cinema in their emotional and cultural context. A trained lawyer, she currently works a 9-to-5 while continuing to build her creative practice alongside it, writing poems late into the night and hoping to one day make art full-time.

ABOUT THE FEATURED POET: Sushanth Shyamsundar
Sushanth Shyamsundar is a Chennai-based poet and writer whose work moves between humour, grief, queerness, family, loneliness, horror, and the strange negotiations of everyday life. His poetry is often conversational, irreverent and deeply personal, interested in the things people are told not to say and the identities that refuse to stay neatly labelled. He is the author of the self-published collection The Opposite of You, The Beginning of Me, and his work has appeared or is forthcoming in over 30 literary journals and anthologies.
He also performs occasionally as Rakshasan, his masked poetic alter ego, though at the heart of both voices is the same interest: saying the uncomfortable thing out loud and seeing what happens next.
