🕉️ 🌙 Sacred Sound Bath – Ryde | 4:15pm 🌙🕉️NEW 4:15PM SESSION
From Friday 16th October, we’re introducing an additional Sacred Sound Bath on our selected Friday afternoon/evening sessions.
We know our daytime sessions don’t suit everyone, and 6pm isn’t always possible either, so we’re trialling a 4:15pm Sacred Sound Bath over the winter months to give you another opportunity to join us.
Join us for a deeply nourishing Sacred Sound Bath, a calming space to pause, unwind and reconnect with yourself.
You’ll be guided into relaxation through the soothing and powerful sounds of gongs, tuning forks, chimes and gentle vocals, supporting the nervous system, emotional release and energetic balance.
Sound healing is a passive experience. There’s nothing you need to do but get comfortable and receive. Many people experience deep relaxation, clarity, emotional release or a sense of inner calm.
✨ Suitable for beginners and those familiar with sound healing.
✨ Can be attended on its own or combined with other sessions running on the same day.
🕯 What to expect:
• A calm, welcoming space
• Guided relaxation into sound
• Time to integrate and ground
🧘 What to bring:
Blanket, pillow, water and anything you need to feel warm and comfortable.
Yoga mats are provided, although you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
✨ Please arrive a little early to settle in and create your space.
