Join the 14th annual **CycloNudista Helsinki**, Finland’s World Naked Bike Ride: a vibrant, peaceful and unforgettable celebration of bicycles, body freedom, nature and sustainable city life.
On Saturday 31 July 2027, we gather from 15:00 at **Varsapuistikko**, the small park beside Kaisaniemenpuisto and only a short ride from Helsinki Central Railway Station. Meet new people, share snacks, decorate your bike, paint your body, make a sign or simply enjoy the relaxed pre-ride picnic atmosphere. At 16:00, we roll out together for a slow, friendly ride through central Helsinki.
CycloNudista is part of the worldwide World Naked Bike Ride movement. We ride to protest against our “indecent exposure” to car traffic, fossil-fuel pollution and the climate crisis—and to celebrate the simple, powerful freedom of moving through a city under our own energy. Our message is positive: **more bicycles, cleaner air, safer streets, less noise and more joy.**
This is an inclusive, body-positive event. “As bare as you dare” is the spirit: nudity is welcome but never required. Come fully dressed, partly dressed, in a costume, with body paint, or however you feel comfortable. What matters is respect for yourself, other participants, the public and our shared city.
Bring a safe, roadworthy bicycle (or other human-powered wheels), water, sunscreen, snacks and anything that helps express your message: colours, flags, music, bells and a big smile. The ride follows an easy pace, so it is designed to be accessible and social rather than competitive.
