Celebrating 30 Years of Sara, Supported by a Community of Hope💜Join us on Saturday, September 19th for a fulfilling morning of community, connection, and support as we celebrate Sara’s 30th birthday. Everyone is welcome to participate in this important fundraiser as we support Sara and her family on their lifelong journey living at home while navigating the ongoing financial and caregiving challenges of traumatic brain injury.
Event Schedule
🕘 9:00 a.m. – Registration
• $40 min. per person
• $20 for children under 12
**If cost is a concern, please reach out ahead of time. We never want finances to be the reason someone/a family can’t join us.
🚶 10:00 a.m. – 3 km Awareness Walk
Take a walk through beautiful Carleton Place while raising awareness and showing your support.
🍔 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – BBQ Lunch, Refreshments & Cool Treat
Enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch, generously prepared by the Knights of Columbus of St. Mary’s Parish.

Registration includes:
• BBQ lunch, refreshments, cool treat
• A Hope for Sara. Espoir pour Sara T-shirt for first-time attendees (or available for an additional donation while supplies last)
📋 A pledge form is available in the discussion section of this event and can be printed to help collect registration pledges.
