11/11 is one of the most powerful days of the year to call in something new, and we're spending it wrapped in sound. Join me, a certified sound healing practitioner & musician, for a transformative journey of crystal singing bowls (and other amazing instruments, have you ever heard an Ocean Drum?!) to ease your stress, quiet your mind, and help you tune in to your dreams.
All you have to do is show up. Bring something cozy to lie on, like a mat, a blanket, or a pillow, and maybe invite a friend to share the magic. I'll handle the rest.

What should I bring?
- something to lay on (yoga mat, sleeping bag, thick blanket)
- something to snuggle (blanket or pillow)
- someone to share it with? (Friend, lover, partner)

- through deep meditation creates a pathway to receive miracles
- takes your nervous system from fight or flight to rest & recover (just by laying down, I'll do the rest)
