Guided by Aleesha, this 90-minute experience combines meditation, mindfulness and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls to help quiet the mind, relax the body and reconnect with a deeper sense of peace.
No meditation experience is necessary. Whether this is your first session or you've been meditating for years, you're warmly welcomed exactly as you are.
Throughout the evening, you'll be guided through a deeply relaxing experience which may include:

• Sound healing instruments
• Breath awareness
• Mindfulness practices

• Deep relaxation
Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere else you need to be.
