You’re welcome to join us for the magical 11/11 Gateway Portal as we use the sacred art of manifestation to call in new beginnings & create our dreams into reality. The evening begins with a cup of heart-opening Peruvian Cacao 💜✨Manifestation is the process of bringing our ideas, intentions, visions, desires & dreams from our inner world into our outer world. As the calendar year comes to completion, it’s a time to reflect on the past, close old chapters & focus on positive changes & new beginnings. We take note of what we are ready to call to ourselves, how we would like to feel energetically in the new year ahead, our soul’s higher purpose & aspects of our physical reality - love, health, career, prosperity & abundance 💫
We connect with the frequency of Blue Lotus Essential oil which activates the third eye chakra, continuing with breathwork & grounding ourselves into Mother Earth. We then go through the process of releasing & letting go of the old, shedding layers that are no longer needed, keeping only the lessons & growth that came with it. With the powerful 11/11 frequency, our guided meditation takes us on a journey into a magical realm of enchantment, where we make our ‘wish upon the stars’ & collect our blessings with joy & gratitude as we become the creators of our new reality. As we cross through the 11/11 portal, this blissful love & joy frequency builds within our heart chakras, which we expand throughout our energy field & amplify outwards across the whole planet & to all sentient beings. By raising our frequency & vibration within our bodies & magnifying it outwards, it helps us to call in & manifest our highest timeline & co-create our vision of a beautiful New Earth filled with love, peace & harmony 🌍💜💫
As we lay down for the Sound Journey of Vibrational healing tones & frequencies using Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Ocean Drum, Rain Stick, Chimes & other magical sound healing instruments we go even further into our personal journey of healing, rejuvenation & visualisation. We continue with self-healing energy work, gratitude, oracle cards & sharing in the circle. Herbal tea & snacks are served at the end of the evening.
Since Ancient times Cacao was used in Ritual & Ceremony by the Mayans, Aztecs & South American ancestors & was considered sacred. Pure Ceremonial grade Cacao is a powerful Plant Medicine & has many amazing, life-affirming qualities that support health & psychological well-being. Cacao creates a Heart opening experience & invites you to go deeper into your inner journey. It also has a higher concentration of health-restoring and consciousness-altering compounds such as theobromine, serotonin & tryptophan that when consumed generate a potent heart-warming sensation in the body. Aside from it’s many health benefits, its ‘feel good’ nutrients help to create a state of warmth, calmness, tranquility & bliss.
Sound & Vibrational healing is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to help you to clear energetic blockages & thus facilitate healing on a physical & mental level. The frequency of the sound synchronises with the brainwaves slowing them down to a deeply restorative state. The frequencies bring the body into a state of vibrational balance, coherence & harmony.
