Spend a crisp autumn day immersed in the woods of our privately held 500-acre Estate, a sanctuary rich in seasonal wild mushrooms. Our guided foraging tours invite you to slow down, connect with the land, and learn how to identify, harvest, and respect the delicate balance of forest fungi.
After foraging, you’ll return to a secluded dining spot to enjoy mushroom-inspired snacks and a beautifully crafted three-course meal celebrating the mushrooms and other wild ingredients we’ve gathered. Guided by our chef, you’ll experience how seasonal wild mushrooms can be transformed into elegant, flavourful dishes.
You will not only learn to identify edible mushrooms safely, but also discover how to prepare and cook them in ways that honour their unique flavours.
