The final registration deadline for the upcoming conference is approaching quickly. When registration officially opened on 1st March 2026, November seemed far away; however, time has moved swiftly and the Early Registration Period, which closed on 31st May 2026, has already passed.
We are currently in the Normal Registration Period, which remains open until 31st July 2026, after which registration will move into the Late and Final Registration Period from 1st August to 30th September 2026.
Please note that no registrations will be accepted from 1st October to 2nd November 2026.
This year’s conference will be conducted in a fully hybrid format, allowing both physical (in-person) and virtual participation. We encourage all professionals to take advantage of this flexibility—those unable to attend physically can still participate virtually and benefit fully from the conference experience.
We are also introducing an exciting and innovative feature this year: Virtual Conference Centers. Through this initiative, groups of professionals may participate collectively from a city center, training center, university campus, workplace, or community location, provided there is reliable internet connectivity.
Participants attending through these organized Virtual Conference Centers will enjoy an added advantage: they will not be required to undertake the Participation Confirmation Test prior to the issuance of the Continuous Professional Learning and Development (CPLD) Certificate. Certification confirmation will instead be based on the recommendation of the designated coordinator.
