At the heart of the retreat is Family Constellations with Dr Ameet Aggarwal, a psychotherapist and naturopathic doctor—an opportunity to explore inherited trauma, ancestral patterns and the hidden burdens we carry…

Alongside this work, I’ll be offering trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation and Reiki, supporting rest, inner calm and gentle integration throughout the retreat.
