About this Event
Adulting: everyone talks about it, but nobody really teaches you how to do it. From managing your money and figuring out your career to setting boundaries, making big decisions, and trying to keep your life together, there’s a lot to learn — and no one-size-fits-all guide to getting it right.
Join us for How to Adult, an open and judgment-free conversation about navigating the ups and downs of adulthood. Share your experiences, hear different perspectives, and explore the things we’re all still figuring out along the way.
Whether you’re just starting to find your footing or simply looking for a little reassurance that you’re not falling behind, this is a space to ask questions, exchange stories, and learn from one another.
Because adulthood isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about learning as you go, one step at a time.

100% Unfiltered: How to Human is a series of facilitated conversations at Bettr Coffee where we figure out everyday life together. Each session takes one very ordinary, very human thing and unpacks it over good food — no experts on a stage, no judgement, no pretending anyone's got it all sorted.
