1:1 Sea Swimming Open Water Coaching Session
Join for a fun and energizing Open Water Coaching Session!
Whether you're a newbie to sea swimming or looking to improve your technique there is a bespoke session just for you, this in-person session is suited to sea swimmers hoping to build water confidence, sea swimming skills, or train for an event, improve endurance and stamina, all in the sea.
Enjoy a sea swim, with water cover alongside you, get coaching tips from the seasoned swim coach, make your sea swimming part of your weekly fitness, take your open water swimming one step further.
One session alone can be a refreshing way to boost your skills and enjoy the great outdoors! Tailored specifically to your aims ans goals, everyone can benefit from a sea swim coached session.
*Please note these swims have a Front Crawl focus and are not suitable for non swimmers or absolute beginners. Swim ability must exceed 200m in a pool (8 lengths).
Duration doesn’t always indicate length of time swimming/time in the water.
Sessions are approx 60mins, and available Mid May – October
Days and Times Availability fluctuate throughout the season. Generally between 7am-12noon & 2pm - 7pm Weekdays, & 7am - 11am Saturday & Sunday.
Ticket Availability listed on Eventbrite as only; 7am-12noon. Please select the am session and we can liaise to finalise details. All sessions are to be arranged direct with Sarah to confirm availability and to find the best date and time to suit your holiday dates, weekly schedule, routine.

An opportunity to broaden your knowledge of the Open Water environment, learn about cold water shock, build your confidence & learn to acclimatise.
Experience a swim in the sea.
BEGINNERS FRONT CRAWL:
Taking your swimming the next step
Have you been enjoying your breaststroke swims and now want to try something new, perhaps you've never properly really learned front crawl but want to get better at swimming in the sea. You'll also familiarise yourself with how to read sea conditions, recognise suitable swimming conditions for your favourite swim spots, and other useful swimming sea knowledge.
Wetsuits, swim hats and goggles are required.
IMPROVERS CRAWL / TRAIN FOR AN EVENT:
Building Fitness & Stroke Technique
Improve your sea swimming fitness and/or stroke technique with a series of swimming drills and longer swims. Develop your sea knowledge. Perhaps an opportunity to hone your swimming in preparation for a swimming event. Build on your Open Water Skills by learning Sighting & Drafting, and learn about race starts/logistics/race anxiety to help you feel more confident about under-taking a swim event in the future.
Wetsuits, swim hats and goggles are required.
