Leave the parking lot above Biscuitville at 7am for a 5 ish mile group run around downtown and the brand new Linley Park extension! If 5 isn’t what your plan calls for the route is easily adjustable. If needing extra miles, the underground group leaves the same location at 6am. So you have the option of 1-10 miles every Sunday!
