About this Event
🕊️ Beyond thought, beyond doing, beyond the rise and fall of all things — there is stillness. It is not something to reach, but something to remember. It has always been here, quietly breathing through you.
✨ In this sacred meditation gathering, we enter the heart of silence — where form and emptiness meet as one. Through mindful sitting, gentle awareness, and the rhythm of the breath, we return to the space before words, before striving — the place where the soul bows to what is.
🌬️ Each inhale, a wave of arrival. Each exhale, a letting go. Until there is no separation between you and the moment — only the quiet pulse of being itself.
🪷 This is not a practice of becoming. It is the art of remembering that you are already whole.
💫 You are invited to come: To sit in the stillness of your own heart. To let silence become your teacher. To taste the freedom of simply being.
🙏 Bring only yourself, your breath, and your willingness to listen — not with the mind, but with the soul.
