?️ AAC Mogollon Rim Camp & Paddle Weekend ??? August 13–16, 2026
Join Arizona Adventure Collective for our first official AAC camping and paddle weekend on the beautiful Mogollon Rim!
We’ll spend the weekend enjoying cool mountain weather, paddleboarding, hiking, campfires, great food, and even better company.
Whether you come for one night or the whole weekend, we hope you’ll join us for an unforgettable mountain adventure!
⸻
? Location
Final location: TBD
We’re planning for either Willow Springs Lake or Woods Canyon Lake, depending on campsite availability and current conditions.
A few of us will be heading up Thursday, August 13 to scout the best dispersed camping location. Once we’ve found the perfect spot, we’ll post:
? GPS Pin
?️ Driving Directions
?️ Camp Details
These details will be shared in the EVENT CHAT.
? You MUST RSVP “Going” to be added to the event chat and receive the campsite location.
⸻
?️ Arrival Options
Thursday (8/13)
Anyone is welcome to head up Thursday to help scout campsites, enjoy a smaller campfire night, and get first choice of camping spots.
Friday (8/14)
Most of the group will arrive Friday and camp through the weekend.
Sunday (8/16)
Pack up after another beautiful morning on the Rim and head home whenever you’re ready.

? About Arizona Adventure Collective
Arizona Adventure Collective exists to help connect people who love getting outside.
We’re simply a community of nature enthusiasts who post adventures so others don’t have to paddle, hike, camp, or explore Arizona alone.
There are no membership fees, no guides, no tour company, and no hidden agenda—just good people who enjoy the outdoors and want to build a welcoming community.
Whether it’s your first AAC event or your fiftieth, we’re excited to have you join us.
⸻

? Respect the Outdoors
This is not a wild party in the woods.
We’ll absolutely have fun, relax, laugh around the campfire, enjoy great food, maybe a drink or two if you choose—but we also expect everyone to represent AAC well.
✔️ Respect nature.
✔️ Respect fellow campers.
✔️ Respect other visitors.
✔️ Respect yourself.
Practice Leave No Trace, pack out everything you bring in, keep noise reasonable, and help ensure these amazing places remain beautiful for everyone.
If we all do that, this will be the first of many incredible AAC camping weekends.
