manipulation, or chaos is not yours… but your body and nervous system
seem to absorb it anyway?
For many sensitive people, empaths, healers, intuitives, and highly
perceptive people, the problem is not that they are “too sensitive.”
The problem is that nobody ever taught them how to use sensitivity
without being controlled by it.
This one-hour introductory class is designed to begin changing that.
Energetic Protection & Empath Empowerment is about learning how to
stay connected to yourself even when the people around you are
stressed, demanding, emotionally intense, manipulative, or simply
carrying a lot of energy.
For $20, participants will be introduced to practical tools and concepts for:
• Energy shielding and strengthening the field
• State control — learning how to deliberately change and maintain
your own internal state
• Recognizing when you are carrying emotions, pressure, or energy that
may not belong to you
• Creating stronger energetic and psychological boundaries
• Staying grounded around difficult, controlling, or emotionally volatile people
• Recognizing manipulation patterns associated with dark triad traits
such as narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy — without
getting pulled into the game
• Reclaiming your own center instead of automatically reacting to
somebody else’s state
This is not about becoming cold, closed off, or afraid of other people.
It is about becoming stronger.
There is a huge difference between protecting yourself because you are
afraid of the world and becoming so grounded in your own state that
you no longer have to be controlled by the world around you.
If you are the person everyone comes to, the person who feels
everything, the person who can sense a room before anyone says a word,
or the person who repeatedly finds yourself drained by difficult
personalities, this class was built for you.
This class also serves as the introductory doorway into the four-hour
Energetic Protection & Empath Empowerment Intensive later in the
month.

“How do I become strong enough to feel deeply without losing myself?”
