To help everyone stay together, we'll coordinate a group hotel location and, if possible, secure a group rate.
Each rider is responsible for reserving and paying for their own room.
Please reply "IN" by Monday, July 20 if you plan to attend so we can include you in the group lodging plans.
If you decide to join after July 20, you're absolutely welcome to ride with us, but you'll be responsible for arranging your own accommodation, and we can't guarantee you'll be able to stay at the same hotel or receive any group rate available.

The return trip follows a slightly different route, traveling south on I-81 before connecting with I-64 East for the ride home.
