健康身心日 Wellness Day誠摯邀請您參加多倫多佛光山「健康身心日」，在溫馨自在的氛圍中，放鬆身心、滋養心靈，共同營造更健康、充滿活力的社區。
活動內容豐富多元，包括太極、瑜伽、禪修、祈福、音樂療癒、書法及藝術療癒等，讓您暫時放下忙碌的生活，放慢腳步，透過不同的體驗，探索身心平衡之道，學習更好地照顧自己。
現場將免費提供蔬食自助午餐，歡迎隨喜捐獻。茶軒當日亦將對外開放，歡迎所有民眾前來品茶交流，不限會員。

Join us for Wellness Day at Fo Guang Shan Temple of Toronto, an afternoon dedicated to nurturing holistic well-being and fostering a healthier, more connected community.
Through a variety of activities, including tai chi, yoga, meditation, prayer, music therapy, calligraphy and art therapy, we invite you to slow down, recharge and explore different ways to care for your mind, body and spirit.
Rooted in compassion and community care, this event aims to promote mental wellness, encourage meaningful connections and make holistic wellness more accessible to everyone in our neighbourhood.
A free vegetarian buffet lunch will be provided (donations welcome), and our teahouse will be open to the public, including non-members.
