クリスタルボウルの響き 音浴する体
♪クリスタルボウルの響きで音浴する体を感じてみませんか。
各チャクラ対応の７つのクリスタルボウルとシンギングボウルで音浴しながら発声や簡単な体の動き（ただ聴く 寝そべる、体を丸める広げる、歩く、立つ、近く、触れる、自由に 等）を味わいます。シンギングボウルによる秘儀、音降らし、音被りも。。
普段運動やダンスをしない方でもされる方でも、どなたでも参加できます。
シンプルな動きだからこそ響きを感じ没入しやすい体験になることでしょう。
楽な服装でお越しください。着替える場所もあります。

クリスタルボウルはパワーストーンの代表格の水晶と同じ成分で、その音は倍音を多く含み細胞レベルで振動します。聴いていて心地よく癒しや浄化の効果が期待できます。また音や振動を感じて内面的な気付きが生まれたり瞑想的な状態に入りやすくなります。
簡単ないくつかの態勢やゆっくりとした動きをしながら神秘的な響きを浴びて心身の深いリラックスとリフレッシュをしてみませんか？
地球にはシューマン共振と言われる惑星固有の基本周波数があり7.83ヘルツですが、深くリラックスしている時の脳波はその周波数と同じで、その状態は母なる地球との繋がりも深く感じることができ、そのことも生命的な安心感や癒しに繋がることでしょう。

Crystal Bowl Sound Bathing: A Body Sound Bath
♪ Experience a body sound bathed in the resonance of crystal bowls.
Enjoy vocalization and simple body movements (just listening, lying down, curling up, stretching, walking, standing, getting close, touching, free movement, etc.) while bathing in the sound of seven crystal bowls and singing bowls, each corresponding to a chakra. We will also include a singing bowl ritual, sound raining, and sound overlap.
Everyone is welcome to participate, whether you regularly exercise or dance or not.
The simple movements allow you to feel the resonance and create an immersive experience.
Please wear comfortable clothing. There is a changing area available.

Crystal bowls are made from the same chemical composition as quartz, a renowned power stone, and their sound contains many overtones and vibrates at a cellular level. Listening to them is pleasant, and they are expected to have healing and cleansing effects. Feeling the sound and vibrations can also bring about inner awareness and help you enter a meditative state.
Why not immerse yourself in the mystical sounds while performing a few simple postures and slow movements, and experience deep relaxation and refreshment for your mind and body?
The Earth has a planet-specific fundamental frequency of 7.83 Hz known as the Schumann Resonance. When you are deeply relaxed, your brain waves align with this frequency, and in this state you can feel a deep connection with Mother Earth, which may also lead to a sense of vital security and healing.
