‘DURING JUN, FOR OCT: Fermentation Workshop’

Considered the “champagne of kombucha”, Jun (joon/xun) is a lighter, aromatic ferment made from green tea and honey. Artist Tajah Ellis will facilitate this session by activating SCOBY’S with locally sourced herbs and honey from Bee U NYC and Field Meridian's Team. We will experiment with different flavor compositions in considerations of seasonal pairings. This will be a hands-on workshop, where participants are welcome to include their own knowledge, herb practice and ecology-based nuances. 

There will be readily made Jun’s for sale / to taste <3!
