Новый Год, новые встречи, старые добрые традиции 💟

Команда @mamam.uk приглашает вас на первую встречу в 2026 из цикла "Мамам. Встречи с доулами ".

На встрече мы поговорим о том, как присутствие доулы может помочь во время родов и после, поделимся нашими лайфхаками, поговорим о нашей магической сумке и ее содержимом.

Помимо полезной информации и знакомства с доулами из нашего проекта, вы найдете ответы на свои вопросы и окунётесь в теплую женскую атмосферу.

Мы поддержим вас на пути материнства, вдохновим историями, и вы уйдёте, чувствуя в себе и за собой женскую силу и поддержку.

New Year, new connections, good old traditions 💟

@mamam.uk team is inviting you to to the first 2026 meeting from the series: "Mamam. Meetings with doulas". If you are expecting a baby or recently had a baby, then this meeting is for you!

During the meeting we will chat about how doulas can help you during labour, birth and beyond, share our lifehacks and discuss the contents of doula's magic bag.

In addition to useful information and getting to know doulas from our project, you will find answers to your questions in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will support you on the path of motherhood, inspire you with stories, and you will leave feeling strong and confident.
