Το μάθημα απευθύνεται σε άτομα με προηγούμενη επαφή με τον σύγχρονο χορό.
Ξεκινάμε με ποιοτικό ζέσταμα & ενδυνάμωση, δανειζόμαστε εργαλεία από Pilates και Yoga για ευθυγράμμιση, ενεργοποίηση κορμού και κινητικότητα. Συνεχίζουμε με δυναμικό floorwork, μεταφορές βάρους, off-balance και κάθετες μεταβάσεις.
Σταδιακά περνάμε σε απαιτητικότερες πρακτικές και καταλήγουμε στην εφαρμογή όλων μέσα από κινητικές φράσεις και χορογραφικούς συνδυασμούς που πλάθουν στο σώμα και ανεβάζουν παλμό.

This class is designed for movers with previous experience in contemporary dance.
We begin with a thorough warm-up and strengthening sequence, borrowing tools from Pilates and Yoga to work on alignment, core activation, and mobility. We then move into dynamic floorwork, weight transfers, off-balance/recovery, and vertical transitions.
Gradually, we progress to more demanding practices and culminate in the application of everything we’ve explored through movement phrases and choreographic combinations that shape the body and raise the pulse.
