České dvouplátkové sympozium 2026 | Praha (for english scroll down)
🎶 Tři dny věnované hoboji a fagotu. Masterclass, koncerty, workshopy, přednášky, největší výstava nástrojů v ČR a především setkání české i zahraniční dvouplátkové komunity.
Ve dnech 29.–31. října 2026 se v Praze uskuteční České dvouplátkové sympozium 2026, pořádané Českým spolkem dvouplátkových nástrojů.
Hlavním zahraničním hostem letošního ročníku bude významný fagotista a pedagog Ole Kristian Dahl, profesor fagotu v Mannheimu a zastupující sólofagotista Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra. Společně s ním přijede do Prahy také americká fagotistka Louisa Slosar, která povede praktický seminář výroby fagotových strojků.
📍 29.–30. 10. | HAMU
Čtvrtek a pátek budou patřit především třídennímu masterclassu Ole Kristiana Dahla. Aktivní účastníci absolvují individuální lekce, souborovou hru a další společný program.
V pátek proběhne také Setkání učitelů ZUŠ, zaměřené na praktické otázky výuky hoboje a fagotu, práci se strojky, sdílení zkušeností a konkrétní pedagogické problémy.

📍 31. 10. | RUDOLFINUM
Hlavní sobotní den nabídne od 10:00 do 18:00 odborný program, přednášky a workshopy i největší výstavu hobojů, fagotů a příslušenství v České republice. Na jednom místě bude možné vyzkoušet nástroje různých výrobců, porovnat je a nakoupit příslušenství, materiál a vybavení pro výrobu strojků či noty.
✨ Vstup na výstavu je zdarma.
Součástí programu bude také dvouhodinová přednáška Ole Kristiana Dahla Drills, věnovaná technice, každodennímu cvičení a systematické práci hráče.

SLAVNOSTNÍ KONCERT DVOUPLÁTKŮ
Na závěrečném koncertě vystoupí mladí talentovaní hobojisté a fagotisté – laureáti interpretační soutěže ČSDN 2025 – a velký dvouplátkový soubor složený z hobojistů a fagotistů napříč generacemi.
Ať už jste profesionální hráč, pedagog, student, žák ZUŠ nebo jednoduše milovník zvuku hoboje a fagotu, přijeďte se s námi potkat do Prahy.

Czech Double Reed Symposium 2026 | Prague
🎶 Three days dedicated to the oboe and bassoon. Masterclasses, concerts, workshops, lectures, the largest double-reed instrument exhibition in the Czech Republic – and, above all, a gathering of the Czech and international double-reed community.
From 29–31 October 2026, Prague will host the Czech Double Reed Symposium 2026, organised by the Czech Double Reed Society.
The principal international guest of this year’s Symposium will be renowned bassoonist and teacher Ole Kristian Dahl, Professor of Bassoon in Mannheim and Acting Principal Bassoon of the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra. He will be joined in Prague by American bassoonist Louisa Slosar, who will lead a practical bassoon reed-making workshop.

Thursday and Friday will focus primarily on the three-day Ole Kristian Dahl Masterclass. Active participants will take part in individual lessons, ensemble playing and other group sessions.
Friday will also feature a Meeting for Primary Art School Teachers, focusing on practical approaches to teaching the oboe and bassoon, reed making, sharing experience and addressing specific challenges encountered in instrumental teaching.

📍 31 October | RUDOLFINUM
The main Saturday programme will run from 10:00 to 18:00, featuring lectures and workshops as well as the largest exhibition of oboes, bassoons and related accessories in the Czech Republic. Visitors will have the opportunity to try instruments from different manufacturers, compare them and discover a wide range of accessories, reed-making tools and materials, and sheet music.
✨ Admission to the exhibition is free.
The programme will also include Ole Kristian Dahl’s two-hour lecture Drills, focusing on technique, daily practice and systematic development as a musician.

FESTIVE DOUBLE-REED CONCERT
The closing concert will feature talented young oboists and bassoonists – laureates of the 2025 Czech Double Reed Society Performance Competition – as well as a large double-reed ensemble bringing together oboists and bassoonists of different generations.
