¡Hola hola comunidad! Wash Masks Mutual Aid and Community Partners join us in a day of urban-rural solidarity and artistic sharing. ¡Que Calor! Community Art Fest & Mutual Aid Party is happening Sunday, April 27, 11:00am-4:00pm at Theatre Off Jackson. This free, all-ages, and masked event invites everyone to engage in climate change and farmworker justice through art and community action.
Community Art Fest: Come for the whole or part of the day! From our rural artists market to community zine making to Youth Open Mic-- there is something for community members of all ages.
Heat Stress Prevention Donation Drive: We are gathering cooling towels, sunhats and baseball hats of all sizes. If you are unsure of what type of cooling towel to get, we recommend checking Uline (https://www.uline.com/BL_8983/Cooling-Towel)
Please respect our community members who are immunocompromised or underinsured by wearing a mask. Masks shall also be provided.
