Release tension and restore balance with this midweek chakra-balancing kriya yoga session, designed to calm the nervous system and gently ease you into the evening. Through breathwork, movement, and color energy, this class invites deep relaxation and renewal.
No prior yoga experience is necessary - this session is accessible to all levels.
