We're setting the tone for the beginning of your week so come out and try something new!First up is to run back the herbal tea making event. The first one had such a great vibe that were doing it again! This time we're focusing on keeping our moods boosted and elevate our focus during the cooler months. It's that time of the year when our serotonin dips and we need a little extra support to stay motivated. We'll discuss herbs that may help and you'll create your own custom blend to take home!
