Get ready to move, groove, and feel the rhythm with BethHumphrey! Beth has been a dedicated member of the fitness community since 2009, starting her journey as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Over the years, she’s led various classes, including Strength Training, Senior Fitness, Pre-Exhaustive Training, and PIYO.
Her passion for fitness took a joyful turn when she discovered Zumba. What began as a student experience quickly became a calling. In 2011, Beth became a Licensed Zumba Instructor, and in 2017, she added ZumbaKids to her repertoire. She’s spent the last few years leading after-school programs throughout Mohave County—and loving every minute of it.
She’s thrilled to bring the party to the SeniorEnrichment Center! Beth can’t wait to reconnect with adults and share the fun, energy, and joy that Zumba brings.
