We usually start with a shared warm-up and a lesson or guided learning, then open things up for free practice, dancing, experimenting with movements, reviewing material from lessons or congresses, and sharing ideas with each other.
If you're new, you don't need to know anything before coming. Help is always available, and we’re happy to spend time getting you started with the basics.
Suggested $10 donation to help cover the space.
