This isn’t your usual Pilates class.
Join us at Studio Zo Pilates in Lorton, VA for ZO AFTER DARK, an elevated nighttime Pilates experience combining infrared heat, movement, music, and wellness for a night designed to feel just as much like going out as working out.
We’re transforming Studio Zo for the night with dimmed lights, a live DJ, an infrared-heated Pilates experience, wellness drinks and shots, photo moments, and time to mix and mingle with the Studio Zo community.

Each session has limited capacity, so choose your preferred time when purchasing your ticket.
What to expect
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to check in, get settled, take photos, and enjoy the atmosphere before class begins.
Studio Zo provides the Pilates mats.
A full-length mat towel with grip on the bottom is required. If you don't have one, approved mat towels will be available for purchase at the studio.
Bring water and dress for a heated workout. And yes—you may want an outfit worthy of the photos. 🖤
Who can attend?
Members AND non-members are welcome.
You do not need to be a Studio Zo member or an experienced Pilates girl to attend. Whether you've been on the mat with us before or this is your first Studio Zo experience, you're welcome.

Doors will lock 2 minutes after the scheduled session begins, so please plan to arrive early.
This is an infrared-heated fitness experience. Please hydrate appropriately and listen to your body throughout class.
Filming and photos are encouraged in designated areas. During class, filming must be from the back row and may not capture other guests without their permission.
Tickets are limited due to studio capacity.
