About artist Zlata Barchuk
Zlata Barchuk is a young Canadian singer of Ukrainian heritage whose talent, passion, and sense of purpose have already made a remarkable impact on the Canadian music scene.
At just 10 years old, Zlata has achieved significant success, becoming a multiple Grand Champion winner at prestigious competitions, including:
Grand Champion Winner – Markham Talent (2024)
Grand Champion Winner – Brampton Rising Stars (2025)
Grand Champion Winner – iSing Canada (2025)
In 2026, Zlata proudly represented Canada at the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) in Las Vegas, where she became a Multi-Gold Medalist and earned the prestigious title of Two-Time Division Champion in the Vocal Division. Her outstanding performances placed her among the top young vocalists on the world stage. Alongside these accomplishments, she has received numerous awards and recognitions for her vocal excellence, artistic expression, and captivating stage presence.
Zlata is not only a performer but also an artist with a clear mission. Through her music, she shares messages of hope, kindness, and resilience. She writes and performs her own original songs, using music to inspire hope, bring people together, and make a positive impact on the world.
Beyond the stage, Zlata is actively involved in charitable initiatives. She uses her voice to support meaningful causes and inspire positive change. Most recently, she held her first solo charity concert, performing to a full-house audience. The event brought together community members, leaders, and supporters, and all funds raised were donated to provide humanitarian aid for Ukraine.
Zlata has released original music and continues to grow as both a singer and songwriter. Her work reflects her belief that music can unite people, bring healing, and make a real difference in the world.
She actively runs her YouTube channel, which has grown to over 100,000 subscribers. Her video projects celebrate Ukrainian culture and language, with Zlata bringing her authentic Ukrainian spirit to every performance. Her music is available on major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and other digital platforms. She also hosts her own music segment, “Let’s Sing Together,” on KONTAKT Next Generation, a Canadian-Ukrainian television channel.
