This session will feature four distinct lots:
- Sidra Washed & Double Fermented
- Sidra Natural
- Typica Nacional & Typica Mejorado
- Gesha Natural
Single origin coffee sourced directly from producers in Loja and surrounding regions. Each coffee represents a focus on quality, traceability, and long-term producer relationships.
Hosted at Gridworks Coffee in Jersey City, this cupping is designed for coffee professionals and roasters interested in exploring Ecuador as an emerging origin.
What to expect:
