NOAH WEILAND (SCOTT WEILAND’S SON) BECOMES NEW SINGER OF LA ROCK BAND ZEPHYRING
Noah Weiland, (son of the late legendary Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland), is the new lead singer of LA rock band Zephyring.
Previously, Noah fronted the short-lived band Suspect208, which also featured Slash’s son London Hudson and Tye Trujillo (son of Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo).
Prior to Noah joining the band, Zephyring already established themselves with two albums, both produced by the late Steve Albini (Nirvana, Pixies, PJ Harvey), and released on the label Grunge Pop Records advised by Sub Pop Records founder Bruce Pavitt, who discovered and signed Nirvana and Soundgarden.
After releasing their latest album Mantraman or Astroman? in August, the band announced that Noah was the new frontman of Zephyring.
In addition to Noah, the band features lead guitarist Frank Salazar, rhythm guitarist Pyn Doll (also of the band Barb Wire Dolls), bassist Gabe Maska, and drummer Kyle Brian.
Noah will make his live debut with Zephyring on December 4th at Los Angeles’ Viper Room.Get your advance tickets now before it sells out!
Special guest appearances too...come hear songs from the new album Mantraman or Astroman? (out now everywhere) and unreleased songs from their forthcoming album - and be part of a historic night to say "I was there!"
Stay tuned…more chaos to come!
